Prescot is looking for a hands-on Social Media Creative Lead to plan, create, and manage social campaigns across multiple brands and platforms.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who understands how good creative actually performs in the real world, not just how it looks in a template.What you’ll do

• Create and manage social campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Produce static visuals and short-form content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, X, Google, and websites
• Maintain consistent brand quality across up to 5 accounts
• Collaborate with internal strategy and marketing teams to execute campaigns
• Schedule, organize, and manage content delivery across channels

This is a hands-on creative role, not a people-management position.Who we’re looking for

• You will support companies in USA and other countries, therefore an intermediate level of spoken and written English or higher is mandatory.
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and AI generative tools
• Prior experience with video editing is a strong advantage
• Background in marketing, communications, or social media, or equivalent real-world experience
• Comfortable managing multiple brands and platforms simultaneously
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• A degree in marketing is welcome, but portfolio quality matters more than credentials.

Role details

• Full-time: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
• 100% remote (online contractor role in Vietnam Only)
• Salary 7,500,000 VND/month (net)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our Staff Augmentation Services business. Key Responsibilities:

Participate in RFPs, bids, and pricing discussions as required.

Identify and generate new business opportunities for staff augmentation services across IT, SAP, engineering, and other professional domains.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation.

Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Delivery Heads) at client organizations.

Understand client requirements, present customized proposals, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.

Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client demands.

Track market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategic adjustments.

Prepare business reports, forecasts, and client performance metrics.

Yêu cầu

Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 2 năm ở vị trí Editor/Designer

Thành thạo các phần mềm dựng và thiết kế (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator…)

Có khả năng làm full hiệu ứng, tư duy thẩm mỹ tốt

Ưu tiên đã từng làm trong lĩnh vực thẩm mỹ, làm đẹp

Chủ động, có trách nhiệm với công việc
